Bridgefield Apartments

Northwood Santry

Bridgefield is comprised of one five storey block and three six storey blocks incorporating 250 apartments over a common basement car park. There are 7 No cores between the four blocks with a combination of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The electrical scope of works comprises the electrical fitout of all apartments and the electrical installation of the common areas in all cores and the basement carpark. Completed 2019

The Neptune Building

Honeypark – Dun Laoghaire

The Neptune Building is a six-storey block of 197 apartments over a semi-basement car park. The block consists of 11 No cores with a combination of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The electrical scope of works comprised the electrical fitout of all apartments and the electrical installation of all common areas in the 11 No cores and basement carpark. The project was completed in June 2017.
